Negotiating Skills: Everyone's A Winner

Overview

Negotiating is considered a stressful task; a job that must be avoided at all costs. It is associated with bargaining, where one party gets a good deal while the other is deceived. It is related to conflicts, misunderstandings and unpleasant feelings.

This should not be the case, though. The final aim of negotiation should be a pleasant feeling where both parties are happy with the end result, without either side having to give in.

By means of interactive workshops, the participants will have the opportunity to practice first-hand negotiation and evaluate their skills.
