Overview
Change is the only constant thing in life! It is the transition between the current and future states, and is natural result of decisions taken, being good or bad, deliberate or otherwise.
Change is often met with anxiety and resistance. So, it needs to be managed properly to avoid casualties caused by the fear of the unknown and the refusal to change what works. It challenages the status-quo.
During this module, delegates explore the positive aspects of change, and why it is necessary yet an unavoidable part of personal and orgaisational growth. They learn how change brings new and exciting learning opportunities, boost up enthusiasm, creativity and motivation, which however call for trust and open communication.
