Overview

One of the most common and destructive states of mind that afflicts everyone almost every day is anger. To solve this problem one first needs to acknowledge this state within as a fact, and then be aware of the subsequent harm both on the self and others.

This practical module deals with methods that help reduce anger and prevent it from arising at all as much as possible. Participants will learn how to identify anger as a frame of mind, what causes it and what implications it can have on relationships. They also learn how to effectively manage it to reduce its negative impact on all those concerned.
